This can be found on the contact page of the website and is optional for a visitor to use who wants to contact us. They can alternatively contact us via phone or email. Any data sent to us via any form will be dealt with in the same way.

 

What - As shown on the form we request your First Name, Last Name, Email Address and Phone Number to go along with your enquiry message.

Why - We collect this information so we may contact you to assist with your enquiry and provide you with information about our services that may interest you.

How - This will only be collected by you inputting this data into our contact form or sending it through to us via an email or phone call.

Storage - This data may be kept on on Wix.com contact platform and our email system hosted by Microsoft 365. Both systems are recognised secure platforms which are both password protected with strong passwords and accessed through secure password protected devices.

Communicate - We may contact you by either phone or email using the details you provided us with to discuss your enquiry and any of our services that may interest you.

Tracking Cookies

Our website tracks how you move around it using tracking cookies.

What - We collect anonymous information including the route taken to find our site, pages you visit, and the amount of time spent on the site.

Why - We collect this information to help us improve our website experience and to improve our visibility on the Internet to allow people to find us easier.

How - This will be collected automatically during your visit to our website.

Storage - This data is kept with Google Aanlytics and Wix.com. Both systems are recognised secure platforms which are both password protected with strong passwords and accessed through secure password protected devices.

Communicate - This information is anonymous and we could never use it to contact you in anyway.

Billing and Invoice Information

Should you progress an order with us it will be essential that we collect billing and invoice information from you.

​

What - We will need to collect information such as your address and relevant email addresses. We will also need to collect Direct Debit information.

​

Why - We need address information to include on invoices and to deliver/install equipment onsite or to provide to BT Openreach in order to progress any connectivity orders. We will need email information to provide email copies of invoices and to contact you regarding any service updates. We will need Direct Debit information to collect your monthly fee for your chosen services.

How - This will be collected via secure weblinks during the service setup process once you have agreed to progress with the service we have offered you.

​

Storage - Your address and email information will be stored on our email system, hosted by Microsoft 365, and our accounts/billing system FreeAgent. Both systems are recognised secure platforms which are both password protected with strong passwords and accessed through secure password protected devices. All Direct Debit information will only be stored on our trusted billing partner GoCardless, which is a trusted fully certified billing platform.
